Cal Roberts, President, CEO and Co-Founder.

Mr. Roberts directs the general operations and administration of the corporation.  He establishes the policies and procedures for management.  He develops and implements corporate budgets, business plans, organizational structure, and the direction of the company in the ever-changing construction marketplace.

Since co-founding RMC Constructors in 1983, Mr. Roberts has guided the company to consistent and planned growth.  The success is based on RMC’s commitment to identifying client specific project needs and satisfying those needs in a timely manner.  Mr. Roberts's leadership in developing a team approach to all of RMC’s projects has aligned the company with the most committed, knowledgeable, and experienced managers and subcontractors in the industry. 

John Chan, Senior Vice President and CFO.

Mr. Chan plans, directs, coordinates, and controls the accounting, finances, EDP, and business affairs of RMC. He supervises compliance with government reporting, personnel and payroll matters, record keeping, invoicing, purchasing and inventory reconciliation, and cash management. He works closely with the President and other department managers to develop budgetary forecasts for short and long range planning.
