Project Manager: We require a minimum of 5-years experience in construction management. Must possess the ability to negotiate, schedule and deliver top quality construction projects ranging from 5M to 25M. Experience on fast-track projects from site development through closeout. Individuals with background in Commercial, Retail & Distribution Centers wanted. Must be quality and customer oriented. Ability to work with public agencies required. Familiarity with Timberline and MS Project a plus. Travel required.
Construction Superintendents: We require a minimum of 5 years experience of on-site project supervision. Individuals with experience in Commercial, Retail, Gas Stations & Distribution Centers wanted. Ability to schedule subcontractors and maintain project schedules required. Experience in site work and ground up required. Must be a team player and customer oriented. Computer literacy is a plus. Travel required.
Accounts Payable Clerk: We are actively seeking a qualified candidate for a full time position as an accounting clerk in our corporate office in Fresno, CA. The position requires a well organized, detail oriented applicant able to follow direction. General office, computer and clerical skills at a minimum of one year required.
